Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at this beautiful Palazzo was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were of a very high quality and very quiet, but I wished for a better view. The service was exceptional, with efficient and welcoming staff who really try their very best to make you happy. The location is perfect, being just a few minutes away from the Rialto bridge and a lovely ten-minute walk to St Marks square. The dining experience was good with excellent options, though a fresh fruit salad was missing. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were very big, beautiful, and clean, with lots of alcoves for seating and relaxing in gorgeous settings. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was just wonderful. However, it was a little noisy in the morning, which was a minor inconvenience.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The room was comfortable and with a view of the canal, which was absolutely beautiful. For the money you pay to be in a suite, it was worth every penny. The service was not merely well trained but extremely professional and friendly; they were amazing, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was average, and the extras like the use of the jacuzzi and laundry were very expensive given the already high tariff. The facilities were top-notch with excellent amenities.
I was taken to a larger room in an apartment across town, far from the facilities we were looking forward to like the gym, restaurant, and spa. The room itself was very luxurious, with high-quality amenities and a lovely heated floor in the bathroom. The downside was the lack of an elevator and any view.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decorated in true Italian style, with a lovely view over the canal, and even had a bottle of sparkling prosecco waiting for us, but the layout was unpleasant with small high-positioned windows. The service varied from friendly and professional to rude and unhelpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town but slightly challenging to access with heavy luggage. The dining options ranged from limited and disappointing to typical continental breakfast fare.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were spacious with a walk-in shower and an incredibly cozy bed, making me feel right at home. The staff was simply lovely and accommodating. The location was unbeatable, offering stunning views of the canal and bridge, placing me right in the heart of Venice's best attractions.
My stay at the hotel was truly special. The rooms were beautifully decorated Venetian style, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a cozy retreat in the heart of Venice. The service was incredibly professional and helpful, ensuring a memorable experience. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The dining experience, although offering a variety of options, had some room for improvement. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
